I have purchased my Gift Voucher and have noticed a mistake, can I get this amended?
What delivery and postal options are available?
Answer: Gift Vouchers can be emailed instantly, free of charge. They can be posted 1st class in a gift envelope (£3.75) or a gift box (£7.50). Your Gift Voucher will be shipped within three working days of the order being placed, excluding Bank Holidays and weekends. We will endeavour to have the Gift Voucher delivered ASAP, but please allow for any unexpected Royal Mail delays that are out of our hands. Please also note that we do encounter busy periods, which will incur slight delays. But if you require a Gift Voucher on the same day, you can opt to have yours sent via email. It will be emailed to you after check-out as a PDF for you to print.
I'm experiencing difficulties placing an order online and checking out. What do I do?
Answer: Please call us on 01445 741333 and we can process your Gift Voucher sale over the phone.
How do I print my Gift Voucher?
Answer: You will receive a PDF attachment to the email address you provided. Please open this and print out the PDF. All Gift Vouchers are designed by our marketing department, but the quality of the print finish will be determined by the spec of your printer.
Can I have a VAT receipt for my Gift Voucher?
Answer: We do not supply VAT receipts on Gift Voucher sales, but we can issue VAT receipts on redemption of the Gift Voucher.
Are vouchers refundable?
Answer: Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on any vouchers purchased, but please do contact the hotel directly, before the expiry date, as the team will always endeavour to accommodate your booking.
