Booking & Cancellation Terms

• Full payment taken at time of booking, and full cost of booking is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
• Credit card number with valid expiry date and security code is required as security on check-in to guarantee your reservation. 
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. 

Package Terms

• This package includes a two-night B&B stay, a three-course dinner for two (to use on night one of your stay), one dog stay and a late check-out.
• Package is only valid for off-peak stays between 2 January and 31 March 2026.
• Package cannot be booked on 12-14 February.
• Any additional costs incurred will be charged separately and added to your room account.
• Three course dinner is a set menu and must be used on the first night of the stay and cannot be split or carried forward to the second night or carried over to other bookings.
• Breakfast is based on a choice of dishes from our standard breakfast menu per person, per night.
• Additional dogs will be charged separately at the standard daily dog stay fee applicable on the dates of the stay.
• Dog-friendly rooms accommodate a maximum of two dogs.
• Additional dogs must be booked in advance to ensure that an appropriate dog-friendly room can be allocated.
• All packages are offered subject to availability.
• Applicable to any room type.
• Pre-booking is essential.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other package, Gift Voucher, offer or event.
• New bookings only, existing bookings cannot be changed to this package.
• Maximum of two rooms per booking.
• We recommend that you take out appropriate levels of travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of you needing to cancel your booking.
