We are fortunate to have one of the best larders on our doorstep at Shieldaig Lodge. On your first night, our classically trained Head Chef, Jermone Prodanu will prepare a five-course tasting menu showcasing local produce directly from our kitchen garden.
The following day you will have the opportunity to board our local fisherman's creel boat and receive a guided historic tour of Badachro bay while catching crab, langoustine and lobster.
Some of Scotland's finest seafood is caught in these nearby waters and on returning to the lodge, our chefs will create an incredible five-course seafood feast.
